a song, I’ve been looking for so long. Never knew the title, never knew the singer. It’s just a bar or two of tunes that seems to hang around forever in my head. Mainly because it’s the background song in the ice-skating scene in Ronin.

apparently, it’s a very popular song. Well, the waiting is over. The song is Time to Say Goodbye. Ask me again where have I been for the past 12 years or so.

another song I’m so delighted to have discovered recently is Perfidia. For a lot of years I only knew a bit of a beat, thanks to the music that’s playing when Rick and Ilsa danced in the Paris flashback scene.

I’m cleaning up my only decent pair of shoes tonight. I don’t know what for.

Is this it? Could I just open my eyes and see that it’s still yesterday? yesteryear? Oh dear. Words can’t describe nine years of failure, now can they?
